Consent Policy
This policy explains what you agree to when you enrol with Federation Safe Reserve, what information is recorded, and how you can withdraw your consent.
1. Consent you give at enrolment
When you submit the enrolment form you consent to Federation Safe Reserve recording your full name, email address, phone number and date of birth so an agent can review and approve your Safe Reserve 1 application.
2. What we store and where
Your application details, account number, balance and transaction history are stored on the device and browser you enrol from. FSR does not transmit your details to an external server or sell them to any third party.
3. How your data is used
Data is used only to verify your application, display your ledger, and let an authorised agent post verified deposits. We never use it for advertising, profiling or credit scoring.
4. Cookies and local storage
FSR uses browser local storage to remember which member is signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are set. Clearing your browser storage signs you out and removes the locally held record.
5. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@fsr-reserve.edu or clearing your browser storage. Once withdrawn, your application and ledger entries are no longer retained on the device.
